TERMS OF USE

Last updated 26 October 2026. Draft for review. These terms take effect when orbits.fun launches.

These terms cover your use of orbits.fun. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

What orbits.fun is

orbits.fun is an interface for launching and trading memecoins on the Solana blockchain. It is community-built and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jupiter Exchange.

The site never holds your funds or your keys. Every transaction is created in your browser and signed by your own wallet. Once a transaction is on-chain it cannot be reversed by us or anyone else.

Risk

Memecoins are extremely risky and most go to zero. Prices can move to zero in minutes. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.

Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Coin pages, charts, scores and profiles are information, not recommendations. A fair launch does not make a coin a good investment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. Check the address, the amount and the slippage before you sign.

You must be legally allowed to use crypto services where you live. You are responsible for any taxes on your activity.

Launching a coin

When you launch a coin you are responsible for its name, ticker, image, description and links, and you confirm you have the right to use them.

Launches can be refused or paused for impersonation, infringement, scams or illegal content. Trading fees are split as described in the docs (Where the fees go).

What you may not do

Don't use the site for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation, malware, phishing, or anything illegal. Don't attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service to harm it or other users.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. It can be unavailable, slow or wrong. On-chain data, prices and third-party services (wallets, RPC providers, routing) can fail or be delayed.

To the extent the law allows, the people who build and run orbits.fun are not liable for losses from trading, launching, smart-contract behaviour, third-party services or your use of the site.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
